Philomena Marvin-Goodluck is a business support executive, an indomitable gift, who is enthusiastic about helping individuals and businesses find their feet and become successful in the areas of human capital, professionalism and tailored-needs-assessment and solutions. She studied Mass Communication at the prestigious Lagos State University of Technology (Formerly LASPOTECH). Philomena’s career journey officially began in 2013 when she worked as a Business Development Executive with Zaachi & Krome Ltd. About four years later, she joined Peaceville, a branch of Peniel Apartments Abuja, where she worked directly with the Executive Director, as the Special Assistant on official matters, talents acquisition and administration.

Philomena joined Nigeria Liability Insurance Pool in February, 2024 and she has been able to assist the management in implementing structures and policies in an evolving industry, to formulate processes towards achieving adequate competence of talents and productivity. She is the current Head of Human Resources department.

Phil (fondly called) is immersed in social good. She is a visioneer who has a heart of gold for social service & human interests. She is only seen when there is an opportunity to impact and gain new knowledge. She is a re-kindler of hope, strength and faith in good works. The various responsibilities she was exposed to across industries, has helped her gain experiences in customer service relation, business administration, human capital interests and entrepreneurship. She is a student of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).

She is a certified Emotional Intelligence practitioner, Cognitive Behavioural Therapist from the prestigious EmotionsCity, affiliated to Six-Seconds Network, USA. She is an alumnus and faculty member of the Institute. She is also an alumnus of GraceSprings Business and Vocational School, Lagos.

She is result-oriented and known for Self-management. Also, has mastered the ability to communicate effectively with technology, executives and business audiences. She is married and blessed with a beautiful family.
